Message Instruction

In the "General" tab, you can see an input box labeled "Message Instruction".

The content entered in this box will be inserted above the last message you send, instructing the Chatbot on how to adjust the content it generates next. For example, if you find that the Chatbot's responses are too lengthy, you can instruct it to "Please generate a response of less than 100 characters for {{char}}, keeping the language style concise."

The Chatbot will follow this instruction, but it's not guaranteed to be 100% effective; whether the Chatbot follows the instruction also depends on the system prompt and context.

However, in most cases, Message Instructions give you more control over the chatting process.
