Start a New Chat/ Continue Chat

On the Chatbot profile page, click the "Start new chat" button to be redirected to the chat page and initiate a new conversation with that Chatbot.

If you have previously had conversations with that Chatbot, please check the "Saved Chats" tab below. You can click "Continue" to resume a specific chat.

Also, you can view all your chat histories with chatbots in the chat interface. On the right side of the screen, there is also an option to start a new chat for initiating a new conversation.
